Rear driver door slider will not open manually?

My rear driver sliding door recently broke its cable. I can't figure out why the door won't open manually though. Nothing I try will get it to open. I can't remove the outside roller cover without opening the door. I've also tried to remove the inside trim piece but couldn't get it out with the door closed to see if the lock or actuator cables are separated. Any ideas? I've tried resetting the docs codes as other have mentioned.

These doors are computer controlled. lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:

This will give us any codes the system has and will help us fix it. Also I have included the side door slider diagrams below so you can see how the door works. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
