Hello, unfortunately the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump assembly. Here is a diagram showing its location. A fuel pressure test would verify if thats the actual problem or if its something else. The fuel filter is inside the gas tank on top of the fuel pump assembly. You simply remove the hose clamps and change it. Make sure you take note of the arrow on filter that indicates flow direction and put the new one in the same way if it has one.
