2011 Ford Mustang Mustang runs rough

About three weeks ago I drove my mustang thru a little standing water on the highway slowly. Now it has a miss and stumbles on the top end and ford has had it for three weeks they have changed three plug coils one 02 sensor power steering module. Still not fixed. Runs fine sometimes then when it sits for a while you crank it and it hesitates and stumbles on the top end. Iam stumped and they cant seem to fix it. Also the car sounds different not as loud as before driving thru the water.

Driving through the water probably screwed up one of the modules like the pcm as it sits on the frame on passenger side probably got water in it

The water is the clue that the catalytic converter could have broken apart internally. and the catalytic material is booking the outlet. Here is a guide to help confirm the issue.
