Check first for a blown fuse, but more than likely this is going to be a dealer repair. The engineers at GM cleverly built the Body Computer into the radio so you have to get it fixed through one of their two grossly over-priced repair centers. You can't even just replace the radio with a used one unless you have the dealer program it to your car. They also stopped allowing us to buy radio service manuals after the '94 model year so they could lock up all that lucrative repair business for themselves. Profits are more important than what's in the customers' best interest.
