We pulled an aftermarket radio out and put a pioneer radio in. Now doesn't get power to the new radio. Thought it was the radio so exchanged it but same thing happened. I checked the fuses but not sure what else to do besides run a wire from the battery.

Check the factory power wire for the radio (or the one that was powering the first radio you removed) to be sure it is getting power to it.

The factory wire is ORANGE and comes from the Radio, HVAC, RFA, Cluster ALDL fuse; which is a 15A fuse.

It is getting power. We tested that. Don't know what else to check. When I changed to aftermarket radio I had to run the antenna wire or remote wire to the ignition switch fuse under hood turns on and off now no problem
