Hi, my lights and radio won't turn off after I remove my keys from the ignition. I understand that with newer model cars that the interior lights and radio shuts off once the door is opened as you leave the car. However, my lights and radio stays on which in turn drains my battery even after I have left the car. Is there a problem with my door sensor maybe?

Same problem, did you ever get it figured out? It started after I had my A/C worked on. Sometimes opening my door repeatedly does the trick, but tonight it didn't work.

Hey guys,

Yes you have an ignition switch that is ticking on or the BCM is bad and needs replacing., here is a diagram that will help show you the wiring to the system.

Use a test light to check if the ignition switch is shutting down that way you can be sure which is the problem.

Please run this test and get back to us so we can continue helping you.
