It started then one minute it stalled and failed to restart. I replaced the distributor with a new one and the car would not run. So, i took out new distributor and checked the old one and saw that the rotor in it was old and wobbly. so, i took the rotor from the new distributor and installed the old distributor and the car started ran good. Now Sunday it will not start. Should i have cleaned under the cap that the rotor sits on? I saw on YouTube that dirt can cause an issue under that.

Does the car has spark? This video will help:

If not, I would replace the ECCS relay which is under the dash next to the ECM also we should run the codes, this guide will help:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

I have taken off distributor cap and found rotor nut had come off and rotor was free spinning causing it not to start. i tightened a new nut on rotor/shaft and the car started right up. Thank you
