I have a 2009 honda civic si sedan and when i turn on the headlights the taillights won't come on, and when i push the brake pedal it blows fuse 15 under dash and the brake light fuse under hood. I have checked the grounds in the trunk and the fuse under dash and under hood. Any ideas, Please help if you can. Thanks

Any chance you have a trailer harness that is chewed up and the wires are shorted together? How about something that was rattling around in the back and hit the wiring? Bad grounds can make lights not work but that will cause too little current to flow which will not blow fuses.
