Turn Signals Not Working?

The right turn signal will stay on when you start the car. it will stop when you use the left turn signal, then when the left turn signal is off the right turn signal will resume blinking. but it is intermittent, sometimes it's normal and isn't constant.

This is because your multifunction switch has failed. Basically it is telling the control module that the turn signal is on when it is in the rest position so it needs to be replaced.

There is a chance that the body controller on this has failed but that is unlikely. Plus I would expect there would be some codes so if you want to check that first it would be a good idea. Here is a guide that will help with checking codes:
