2009 Dodge Caravan heater fan making noise

I have removed the glove box screws but am unable to remove the dash as it is clipped. I am afraid of breaking the dash. Is there a special way to get to the heater fan.

Are you sure it can't be reached through the bottom of the dash? As far as removing the dash, there are many screws and clips that hold it together. Are you certain all have been removed?
