My explorer had been sitting for about two weeks. I jumped in and drove several hundreds miles in three days w/o problems. On the third day as I arrived at my designation it began running rough with poor acceleration. At first there were no warning lights so I though the 4X4 drive had kick in. After work, a wrench light appeared then the check engine light. Stopped at auto parts store for a check, came back with all P codes: P0010, P0020, P0102, P0135,P0141, P0161, P0155, P0443. I opened the hood and discovered a birds nest at side of the engine compartment near the air filter and a/c. I've cleaned the area including replacing air filter and cleaning MAF sensor. When driving it will accelerate then lay down or lunge and jump. I ran Sea foam thru the fuel system to r/o but it ran better at first and would only jump when accelerating. A few hours later it was worse than before. If I clean everything good the remove battery cable for 15 min then drive it runs good at first. I only notice a slight "miss" when driving. I have no history of repairs for the Explorer because it is 6 month old purchase. Can you give me some leads where to start looking?

O that is a new one on me, I would replace the MAF sensor because cleaning it does not always work. Here are two guides to help us fix the problem.

and

Please run down these guides and report back.

HAs the check engine light come on? Have you checked the catylatic converter for plugging? Also, have you checked fuel pump pressure when this happens?

Let me know.
