When I push the gas pedal it doesn't want to move like it's struggling to accelerate and oil is every wear and it's on the oil line. Not sure what is wrong.

Hi,

When you say engine oil is everywhere, do you mean it leaked all over the engine compartment? Can you upload a picture for me to see what you are dealing with?

If there is a major oil leak and the engine oil still indicates full, it could be transmission fluid, engine coolant, or power steering fluid. Do me a favor and check those things. It would make more sense to be transmission fluid based on your description. Check to see if the fluid is reddish in color.

If you look at the attached pic below, it explains how to check the transmission fluid and its condition. Pic 2 below shows the location of the coolant reservoir. Make sure it is not empty. Pic 3 shows the power steering fluid reservoir. Do the same. Make sure it is full. Check it with the engine off.

Make sure not to open the radiator or coolant reservoir if the engine is hot. Wait until it's cool.

My mom transmission fluid in it and 2 quarts and it drove better but still hesitates to accelerate to drive off when pushing the gas pedal. Not sure seems like when someone used the car the drove over a concrete slab stopping thing oil fluid is over full had to replace a spark plus.

Hi,

Have you determined what the oil leak came from? Also, if the engine is running okay, are you sure something like a stuck brake isn't causing the acceleration issues?

If you can upload a few pics of what you are dealing with, it may help me.

Let me know. Also, let me know if the check engine light is staying on while the engine is running.

Take care,

Joe
