Seatbelt and airbag lights on dash?

Hello, when I turn on my car the seatbelt light and airbag light will not go off and stays lit on the dashboard of my car listed above 328i. I can't clear the codes.

They said you need an expensive scanner to do so, but I think my scanner said bad sensor driver side.

Do you know if this can be repaired and what does part look like? I am summing the negative battery cable must be removed so in case the airbags deploy. Please help. Thank you

The occupancy detector can set this fault.

Yes, it is a good idea to discount the battery. You are correct, the sensor gets weak and goes off when there is no one in the seat. I used to put the seatbelt on to help stop that but here is the sensor. Keep in mind that if the seat bottom cushion is sagging or wet it will cause this sensor to be triggered as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
