The heater core acts as a small radiator and will help cool the engine. So that makes sense. Is the catalytic converter still running red hot? Have you tried disconnecting the cat to see of the engine runs correctly?

No I haven't, I really don't know what is wrong with it but am hoping it is not the catalytic converter. The car overheat when it is idling and sometimes when I squeeze the gas pedal the gauge return back to normal and even when I turn the heat on the gauge return back to normal. It take a long time before it start to overheat sometimes 30-45 minutes before it start to overheat.

Okay, we need to start over. I really believe you have two different problems. The trouble code, P2195 - 02 sensor signal lean Bank 1 sensor 1, leads me to believe there is a vacuum leak. It is common for vacuum leaks to cause this code condition. Most commonly the PCV valve hose rubs through or one of the other elbows or plastic vacuum hoses that Ford has used develops a leak. Also, a MAF cleaning with a throttle body cleaning may help for this condition

The overheating, I feel is something separate condition. Are the cooling fans coming on? When you drive at highway speeds, does the engine ever over heat?

Try a little test for me. With the engine cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Does any coolant shoot out?

If coolant shoots out when the engine is cold, that indicates that compressed air is getting into the cooling system. It sounds like a bad head gasket. That would cause an overheating issue.
