Have you cleared the code with a scanner? As far as the code, that indicates there is a lean mixture. Most times, the code is set as the result of a vacuum leak. Have you checked for that?

Since the light has come back on, there must still be a problem. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? You mentioned that you hear a little noise from the engine every once in awhile. Can you describe the noise?

That would be the problem. A vacuum leak will set this code and cause it to run lean. Are you able to locate the source of the noise?

Check for an intake manifold leak, and check the rubber vacuum hoses for damage or if one is disconnected.

Thank you for your answer, even doe I still haven't get my mechanic to check for a vacuum leak. But I just realized that every time I put the car in gear or park the rpm gauge rise and all over the place, I still have the p2195 check engine code. And I seem that the car is still running lean or rich

That makes sense. It will continue to run lean if there is a vacuum leak. Also, a vacuum leak can affect the engine idle speed. There are other things that can cause the idle issues, but since you believe there is a leak, chances are that is the problem.

Is there any other problem that could cause the car to run lean on 02 stuck bank sensor and cause the p2195 engine code? I replaced most of the parts like new oxygen sensor, new spark plugs, new coils and a new air intake

Check to see if the converter is getting red hot when the engine gets hot. If it does, it's plugged.

The first thing I am concerned about is the catalytic converter. If it is red hot, it needs replaced. Sorry, I couldn't open the pics you sent.
