2006 Ford Taurus.
Windows went down. Unable to put back up. Now there's seems to be no power to any of the switches.
The power locks work and as well as the power mirrors.
Drove it to my mechanic. He checked all the fuses, relays, wiring and replaced the master switch in the drivers door. To no avail. He was able to put power to each window motor to be able to put them all up.I heard it maybe the GEM module. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Check the recorded results from the SJB self-test.
Are any DTCs retrieved?

NOTE: The smart junction box (SJB) is also known as the generic electronic module (GEM).

The SJB is the only multifunction module on this vehicle.

The SJB controls a variety of systems:

Instrument cluster (IC) warning indication and chimes
Interior lamp control
Automatic headlamp control
Daytime running lamps (DRL)
Wiper and washer
Heated rear window
One-touch down power window
Delayed accessory
Power door locks (including smart unlock, autolocking and luggage compartment lid release)
Remote keyless entry (RKE)
Perimeter anti-theft

Power is supplied to the driver window control switch from the smart junction box (SJB) accessory relay through circuit 400 (LB/BK). When the driver window control switch is toggled to the window down position, voltage is supplied through the switch back to the SJB on circuit 991 (TN/LB).
