Check gauges shown on dash

Truck says check gauge on dash. I changed the clutch fan and now it is fixed.

Check gauges normally means you have something wrong like low oil pressure or high coolant temperature or charging problem. It is telling you to look at the gauges to determine what is wrong.
I would put a scan tool on it and look at what the various sensors are reporting to the computer and compare that to the gauges. For instance your oil pressure gauge actually is not a gauge, it has a resistor in the panel that puts the "gauge" into a spot in the normal area of the gauge as long as the oil pressure switch closes.

If everything looks normal on the dash and on the scan tool it could be something in the BCM which would need further testing to determine what is wrong.
