Gonna have to visit the dealer. Since the '94 models, GM has refused to sell radio service manuals or parts because independent guys like me were taking away their repair business. GM radios have an extremely high failure rate and their authorized repair centers are grossly over-priced but that helps to keep GM profitable in this day when they can't find enough repeat customers. To be sure you spend your money with them, they have also built the Body Computer into the radio. That prevents you from buying a better aftermarket radio. When your radio comes back from being repaired, it will also have to be reprogrammed to your truck before it will work. They don't do that for free either.
