What did you use to check power at the blower connector, and what did you use for the ground during this check. If you used a test light across the blower connector and had no light, the next check for power and ground would be at the blower speed control processor. Both the manual and automatic HVAC systems will have this processor. It is located next to the blower motor, and has a five wires going to it. Pin C is a red wire, power to the speed processor, pin A is black in color, hard wired to ground. If you have power and ground to the processor, the only other signal is speed output from the HVAC control module, and this is a digital signal measured only by frequency, or the use of an ocilloscope. In most, if not all cases, this signal is assumed good, and the speed processor is what is needed.
