2005 Pontiac GP heater

The heater fan quit working. I took the blower out and the motor is good. How do I determine if its the control or the resistor?

Check for power to the motor when the motor is in and not working. Work back to the resister and continue till you find where the power returns. At that point, the component between the power and no power is bad.
