2005 Neon lights/stereo cut out

I have a 2005 Dodge neon, just recently the dash lights, stereo and window started cutting out for like a sec then right back on, the engine never quites, and it starts for us just fine, my husband thinks its either a fuse or something electrical. I am worried it could be more.
