I had to change the battery out and now I cant get the radio to come on what do I need to do ?

You have to re enter the radio P.I.N. if you don't know it Quote your vehicle V.I.N. to the dealer and they will be able to retrieve the P.I.N. from their data base. There may be a small charge involved.
