We put a used wheel bearing on the back of my saturn vue (used but in good condition), when we went to put the bearing on we broke the break line so we clamped the hose to stop the leak and got a new break line and installed it and bled the breaks then filled it back up with break fluid, then we put the tire back on, then while we had the car in our garage we decided to fix the abs sensor on the front while the car was in the garage, so we took the calliper off and took the rotor off and put in a used abs sensor in (we took the sensor off another saturn vue we have here for parts), we put it on and put everything back together and went for a test drive after pulling out of the drive way when, I went to break the pedal wouldn't budge and I felt a grinding feeling in the pedal I tapped the break a couple times then the breaks went to normal, we turned onto the highway, and 5 min latter the break light, abs and, tc light came on at the same time and then a few minuets after that the breaks went hard again and we pumped them again and it went back to normal

Based on your description, it sounds like the ABS is actuating. Are you sure the sensor you used was good? Was there any dirt that could cause the sensor to get a false reading that the wheel is locking up?

That's what I assumed first but after driving for 5 min the abs and the break light comes on, abs indicating that abs isn't working, but I still have the wheel in the front go stiff the back to normal so it can't be abs because it comes up when abs isn't working

Just realized something after we bled the breaks we opened the break fluid reservoir and we pored more break fluid in, could this cause air to get in the lines after bleeding the breaks

No, that wouldn't cause any air to get into the system. If the MC was completely empty, you could have gotten air. But again, that wouldn't cause a hard pedal. Either the ABS thinks it needs to engage or the power brake booster isn't working properly due to a vacuum leak. The booster would most likely be felt all the time. The ABS can be on and off. I have a feeling that the sensor you used was no good, isn't installed properly, has a bad connection, or there is a build up of dirt on the stator.
