Engine won't start

I have a 2004 Honda SRV 4 cyl 100,000 miles. 2X in the last year my car would not start in damp rainy weather It turns over and cylinders are trying to fire and start but will not. If I leave the car and return 2 days later in dry weather it starts right up. How can I diagnose the problem?

When problem occurs, check what is missing causing the non starting. It could be ignition sparks or fuel. That would be the starting point.
