Door Locks

HELP!!!!!!! I have a 2004 Honda Accord Ex and since last week, all 4 door are no longer locking. What could be the problem? Also, sometimes when I used the button on the steering wheel to turn down the volume of the radio, it turns it up instead or changes the station. Very weird.

Check and test all the fuses in under dash fuse/relay box and also the door multiplex control unit in power window master switch

There are some small pumps which are responsible for the central locking maybe those are broken
