By remote or by pressing the unlock button on the passenger and driver side doors all four doors open. But, pressing the lock button on the remote and on the driver & passenger door switch, the locks do not lock.

Is it all four actuators that need replacing? I've checked and changed the fuse and no response from the door lock switch or the remote?

Help!

If you are able to unlock, that means the actuators are working and should not be the problem.

I have attached a schematic of the door lock system and the most likely cause is the MICU, the locking relay circuit in the system seems to be faulty.

Ok, does that mean the MCU/fuse box unit needs to be replaced?

Most probably yes but it would be adviseable to have it tested. A proper scan tool should be able to test it.
