2004 Ford Ka Fuel

My ford ka ran out off fuel filled it up and now it won't start at all engine turns over but no fuel getting to the plugs the trip switch has not tripped either checked the fuse that's fine cant find the relay for the feul pump to check that any ideas?

We dont' have info no this car as it's not in u.S but try smacking the bottom of fuel tank with a rubber mallet or flat of your hand first. The fuse an drelay may be underhood. But fuel is lubricant for pump so when you run out it doesn't get lubed.
