steering is hard

hi good people ,A ford fiesta 1.4 2004 model the steering is hard when you driven but before was fine i check hydrolic oil is full can you help please.

The steering pump could still be failing. If the f;luid is dark, burnt or has small metal particles in it, it is about ready for replacement. You might have contamination blocking a hole in the power steering rack, so don't be surprised if that goes. You should go to an alignment shop and make sure the front end is not lose.
