How often do the plugs on a ford f150 (2004) with the5.4 engine break during removal

It happens, with many engines, You were just one of the Lucky ones!

Were you able to remove the rest of it (I assume you broke the threaded portion off in it). Anything else crumble off in there. Or do you have the entire porcelain part out. Do you have the Hex part, and the shoulder part (that seats down on the head) in hand, or is it still connected to the threads, still in there?

Of course, it's gotta be the worst one to access?
