it seems like the crank pulley or something by or on the pulleys is screeching? kind of sounds like the pins on brake pad wear indicators but i already know i need new brakes and rotors. seems like the noise is towards the middle or bottom of the engine on the side where the pulleys are. I have a 2003 pontiac grand am GT 3400 3.4Liter V-6 with Ram Air and all caliper/rotor brakes.could it be the tensioner or possibly the need of a new pulley and bearing/snap ring assembly?
