The sentry key light is on and it will not start?

Hello,

I have the vehicle listed above Sport, and the sentry key light is on, and it will not start the car. When I turn the key to the on position the gauges do not move. Also, I noticed the horn, radio, and now the passenger window motor doesn't work as well.
