The car cranks fine but will not start

The car cranks fine but will not start. The fuel pump does not come on while cranking. I am getting power to the fuel pump and I also removed it and it bench tested good. I tried spraying starting fluid in the intake while cranking and it does not try and start. I have checked all the fuses and swapped relays. I have checked and cleaned the ground straps in the engine bay. I have replaced the crank position sensor because I already had a new one. I have got power to all the coils and injectors. I am running out of ideas other then the ECM.

Hello

There is a C/OPN and EFI relay that need to be checked to make they are working. Here is a guide to help you test and the relay locations with the engine wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
