I have a 2003 Chrysler Sebring I am having a hard time starting it in cold weather. It turns over but wont fire. I crank it for awhile and let it sit then it seems to want to start but when it does it smells like it is flooded with gas and gives of a funny odor like gas mixed with something. Also when I take off without warming it up it has low power and sputters for awhile before running correct.

It could be a couple things. What I need you to do first is check fuel pump pressure. If it is good, when was the last tune up and have you checked enging compression?
