No, there's probably something else that's wrong.

Standard or automatic? What size engine?

Actually, you need someone with a scan tool to see what is going on.

Need more info, such as is it running rough poor performance ect, but here is a few things without much info from u, resstrickted exhaust, somthing under foot pedal throtle cable not adjusted, see what I mean about more info?

Drive by wire. No gas cable, but good way to explain "need more info" regardless.
