what does it mean when one tire of the awd system is spinning slower and can be stopped with my hands while jacked off the ground? I jacked my car up and put it in gear and the front drivers side tire was spinning slow and I could stop it with my hands is it my cv axle? Or viscous coupler?

It is normal for one wheel to turn slower than the other and you can stop one wheel from spinning manually because the differential would transfer the power to the other.
