I recently changed all 6 of my spark plugs and the back 3 ignition coils and the car was running great 2 weeks later it started running awful so I changed the front 3 ignition coils and noticed no change what do you suggest.

Double check your work to make sure nothing on the rear has come loose. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify where the trouble is coming from. If there is no light, check fuel pump pressure.
