Had small rough idle changed spark plugs, wires, and ignition, the whole tune up. to have a even worse idle with a burning smell maybe oil. when in gear and stopped rpms jump from 400 to 500 constantly. When driving it smells like i have to give it more gas to acclerate.

is check engine light on? check the plugs to make sure they are getting healthy blue/white spark, if ok test fuel pressure.

no the check engine light was not on with good fuel pressure

how about the spark, did you test to make sure it's good? just because the components are new doesn't mean it's getting spark .
