2002 Jeep Cherokee changed the notor

I have changed the motor in my jeep to the same motor and now the alarm system will not allow me to start it it is in the not start mode what can I do

Ok we need to reset the anti theft system ok.
1. Get into you Jeep
2. Press the unlock on key fob 5 times within 10 seconds
3. Put the key in ignition and turn on (do not start) and wait for the chime to stop sounding
4. Press and hold the "Unlock" button on your remote, then press and hold the "Panic" button while still holding "Unlock." Hold both buttons together for one second and release.
5. Now wait for the chime to stop sounding and then press the lock and unlock buttons on you fob.
6. Now press the lock button by itself and wait for the chime to stop sounding and then turn off ignition and remove the key, now it should be done see if starts.
