My engine keeps knocking

My engine keeps knocking. Its a loud noise, but is louder and worse when driving or accelerating. I added oil but it continues to make the sound. I dont have the money for a mechanic and trying everything to fix this. I need help asap. Thanks in advance.

You will have to check oil pressure, sounds like bearing knock, if so and you have been driving like this, I do not hold out much hope for the engine as you will be destroying the bearings.
