I have a 2005 ford f150 5.4 3v an it has a knocking noise when im around 1000rpms an I was told the cam phasers had to b replace so I had them replaced an the noise is still there. What else can it be? And I also just changed out all my spark plugs

It's coming from in the engine. It knocks around 1000 rpms but when I go past 1200 rpms or so it goes away

If it is coming from the engine, I would guess it is a crank or connecting rod bearing. However, usually they get louder when under a load.
