2005 Ford F150 Knocking noise

i have a 2005 ford f150 5.4 3v an it has a knocking noise when im around 1000rpms an i was told the cam phasers had to b replace so i had them replaced an the noise is still there.. what else can it be? and i also just changed out all my spark plugs

Can you tell me aprox where the noise is coming from?

It's coming from in the engine.. It knocks around 1000 rpms but when I go past 1200 rpms or so it goes away

If it is coming from the engine, I would guess it is a crank or connecting rod bearing. However, usually they get louder when under a load.
