After running for a while my car will not start when I shut it off to go to the store ETC. It will crank but wont start. I canged my spark plugs and I had a crack in my water inlet housing that I switched out.

Spark plugs are definitely not the answer. All four or six of them didn't fail at once. The symptom is typical of a failing camshaft position sensor or crankshaft position sensor. Having the stored diagnostic fault codes read is the place to start. Many auto parts stores will do that for you for free. That will get you to the circuit that needs further diagnosis.
