I own a 2002 dodge intrepid with a 2.7 at about 113,000 miles. My car hesitates, jumps forward when I press on the gas, makes clunking noises and generally gives me a rough ride. I replaced the cam shaft sensor, 02 sensor, the cell pack in the transmission and had a diagnostic on it and they cannot find anything. When I had the cell pack changed I went straight to the diagnostic shop and they told me it was blown again! So I replaced it again and it rode fine for about 15 minutes before the check engine light was back on and the problems started again. Now the oil light is now on and I got the oil changed 3 days ago! I dont know what to do please help!

The CEL was replaced again and I took it to the diagnostic shop again where they replaced a wire harness near the engine. It has been running decently (it jumped forward once upon starting) with no check engine light on. My alarm and auto starter has stopped working is that something is loose or does it mean something else is still wrong? Also how much should it cost to replace the rubber gasket on the inside of the drivers door because it will not stay up (the piece is in tact)?

You do not replace the CEL. It is the Check Engine Light and when it comes on, it means an error has been detected in the engine control and management system.

Once the error has been corrected, the CEL would turn off.

The alarm and auto starter not working could be due to a blown fuse or a fault in the system. It could also be disconnected by the person performing the repairs if they were working before repairs.

I do not know whci rubber gtasket you are referring to so is not able to comment. However prices varies region to region so it is best to get a local quote.
