I wiggle the wires on the battery terminals but it also kicked out my speedometer and like I said every time I get the rom and the gas gauge to work again as soon as I turn my turn signal on they all stop working again

Are the battery terminals clean and tight? Have you checked the main ground from the neg side of the battery to the engine block?

Electrical problems can cause all kinds of problems. As far as the speedo, it could even be a vehicle speed sensor. As far as the ground, if you follow the ground wire from the battery, it will end at the engine block. That is where it grounds.

If the problem is a ground issue, that is a good place to start. As far as the VSS, it is on the transmission and is about a 20.00 part.
