My car is the R/T model. It has a no start problem, new battery and started right up, after ten minutes of idle, key off, sat there while I place the parts back on the car. After half an hour I attempted to start the vehicle and got a clicking nose and would not start. I did have a PO0700 code come up on the scanner. I have a reading of 14.7 off the alternator, and the car starts with a jumper cables.

The P0700 is a generic code for a transmission issue. You would need to get the codes read in the TCM for that issue but that is not our starting problem.

If it starts with a jump, you definitely have a battery voltage problem, probably a bad connection at the battery. Remove all the cables and clean them with a wire brush.
