Car cranks no start. I checked for spark and that is good. I check for fuel pressure and I got 15 psi with key on engine of then when cranking engine I still got 15 psi. That seems too low for me. If I'm getting any psi that means the fuse and relay are working. Could a fuel filter cause this? Or is the pump reached it's limits?

If the filter is plugged, it can cause a drop in pressure. If I recall, it should be around 50psi.

Okay, a few things could cause this. Start by checking the fuel pump fuse to make sure it didn't blow. Also, you will need to check for power at the fuel pump relay. If there is power there, you need to go back to the fuel pump and check to see if there is power to it. Keep in mind, you could have lost a ground, a wire may have come apart, there could be corrosion you didn't notice in the plug itself.
