Won't start? Replaced starter, starter relay, spark plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump relay and the fuel pump.

Replaced starter, starter relay, spark plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump relay and the fuel pump. It seems the fuel pump isn't getting a ground connection because it doesn't pump but the gas level censer works. Need help with either the ground wire problem or any ideas of what else could be causing the starting problem. The truck died while drive if it helps. Thanks
