A week ago my gas gauge started to act funny. It would go to FULL to EMPTY -- then would read the correct amount and just stay there. Then start going to F to E again -- I took my car in to get it diagnosed and the dealer ship said that its my fuel senor which means the fuel pump could go out at any time. I drove it for a couple more days then it stopped starting. It would crank over but wont start-- My uncle is starting to fix it but he doesn't think its the fuel pump due to hearing it kick on when trying start it. He checked the gas pressure at the injectors(without a machine)?-- Its not spaying out like theres not enough pressure. -- More or less would this be a fuel pump or something else-- is there anything else to test for?

As far as the fuel pump, use a gage and check fuel pressure. If none, check voltage and ground at the fuel pump. If you have good voltage and ground at the fuel pump with no pump action, suspect the fuel pump. The fact that you have initial prime is one thing, but, I'd want to check with engine cranking. Go from there.
