No fuel pressure. No control power on fuel pump relay, switch leg has 12 volts?

2004 Chevy Classic 2.2 4 cyl. Will not start. No fuel pressure. No control power on fuel pump relay, switch leg has 12 volts. I have reset "passlock" no luck. All fuses good. I have switched fuel pump relay with another one. What else could kill the fuel system?

Your relay and fuse#25 are in the left rear quarter panel for the fuel pump. You may have a bad connection at the pcm. Or at the fuel tank pressure sender that lets the pcm know there is fuel pressure. There is also a ground in that area that may be loose and not making good contact. Here is the location of the fuse and the fuel pump relay wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know what happens.
