Your saying it cranks good but won't start? If you have an obd11 code reader or scanner, you can check for codes.
You can do some of the basic tests, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. You hook-up a known good spark plug or tester to a plug wire, before you crank it. The tester usually has a ground clip, where you ground it to metal part of engine or if you use a known good plug, you'll have to ground the metal part of plug to metal part of engine, then watch for spark at the tip of plug with engine cranking.
If you have spark everywhere, check fuel, a fuel pressure gage would be handy.
