Car would glub-glub and die. Sometimes it would restart, but now doesn't at all. Changed the fuel filter with no effect. Swapped the AC and fuel pump relays to no effect. Checked the 15A FP fuse and it looks good.

Just tried the 10 Min anti-theft fix and this didn't do anything. Light was not on or flashing prior.

Pressure gauge shows zero at the fuel test port.

Before I spend $250 on a new fuel pump, I'm wondering if there's anything else that would cut power to the fuel pump.

Thanks!

With the engine cranking, I'd have to check voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector. If that checks out and no pump action, I suspect the pump. Gray wire is voltage and black wire is ground. If no voltage, I'd have to check wiring circuits at the fuel pump relay.

This did end up being the fuel pump. $250 later, the car is running great again.

(+ $75 for floor jack and stands that I didn't have, $10 for a set of clip ring tools, $35 for the lateral link that got bent when my son thought he could use that to jack the car up, $30 for the 18mm socket, wrench and breaker bar to replace the lateral link.)

BTW, this car seems to have a screen in place in the fuel fill tube to prevent siphoning.
